For sense of sight

To be in harmony with fire, watch the sunrise and allow the morning sunlight to enter your house. Gazing at a candle flame also helps as it has therapeutic effects. Also exercise to sweat and wear brings colors.

For sense of hearing

To maintain a balance with ether, one should play soothing music like devotional songs and instrumental tunes in the morning. Creaky doors and loud music are discouraged as they disturb inner peace.

For sense of smell

To maintain a balance with air, burning incense or uplifting scents to purify the air during sunrise and sunset is recommended. Allow fresh air to flow into the house and keep indoor plants.

For sense of taste

To be in harmony with water, place a bowl of water with flowers floating on it in the northeast sector of the house. An indoor fountain at this corner also brings peace and harmony. Keep this corner free of heavy objects and eat nutritious food.

For sense of touch

To maintain a balance with earth, take a stroll on a grassy patch or the beach. It helps in discharging negativities and recharges the body with positive earth energies. Mend those leaking piper and cracks on the wall or ceiling.
