Vastu Tips for designing kids room

Consider the vastu shastra when you decide to design room of your kid.  Making kids’ room according to vastu shastra immensely benefit your kid in education, career and good health.  Vastu shahtra comprises many aspects like colour of room, position of furniture and bed etc. Applying vastu tips in life helps to get rid of many minor and major problems. Know few vastu tips for your children’s room.

Here are a few tips for designing kids’ room.

West direction of house

The west direction is considered to be the best for kids’ room.  You can also make their room in east as well as north direction.   

Study table

While studying, face must be in east, north or north eastern direction. So, place the study table accordingly.

Bed in south west

South west corner of the room is for the bed.  Place the bed of kids in south west corner. The head should be in east or south direction while sleeping. 

Colour of the room

Colour should be chosen wisely as it impacts their mood. As green colour enhances brain power and make them feel fresh so paint the children’s room in green colour. 

Light

Do not use sharp lights or spot lights in kids’ room. These kinds of lights create mental strain for kids.

Placement of furniture

Where to place furniture in kids’ room is also an important aspect. The furniture should not stick to wall as it obstructs the flow of the positive energy in the room.
