Make Toilets in house as per Vastu Tips

To keep a house prospeous and happy, maintain the proper energy in the house. Be it kitchen, terrace, bedroom or toilet, every area of house is important. So, always follow vastu shastra to make it right. When the positioning of kitchen, bedroom, kids room and bathroom are not appropriate then the whole house will suffer. Even toilets hold an important place in vastu. The wrong placement of toilets in the house adversely impact health of the family members. The vastu shastra has given particular guidelines to build toilets in the house. The houses which are not compliant to vastu shastra suffer from many financial and health issues. Let's follow these Vastu tips for the building toilets in the house.

Toilets
When making toilets, keep it at some distance from kitchen, dining space and pooja ghar. In fact, never build toilets under the running stairs.

Toilet seat
In southeast or northwest direction, locate WC so that the face of seated person should be in south or north. Try to avoid WC in front of door.

Placement of mirrors
If mirror is there in toilets then place them in right direction as it is also important. The east or north wall of the bathroom are the best for placing mirrors.

Building toilets
Remember that toilets can never be made in centre the of house as well as northeast and southwest corners. To make toilets, northwest direction is advised. In fact, southeast is also good for this purpose.

Colour of toilets
As per vastu shastra, the colour of toilets also matters. Although you can paint the toilets in any desired colour but try to consider the light colours for the walls.

Windows
In toilets, large windows should be in north direction. While for small windows or ventilation, east or west side are appropriate.
