Guru Purnima the auspicious day for teachers

Guru Purnima is basically Known for spiritual and academic teachers, this year guru purnima falls on19 july 2016 on full moon day. This is the actual time when you can completely obey your tribute towards your teacher or guru.

Meaning and Significance

“As” you all Know guru is the most important part of native's life. Before you learns what exactly guru purnima is, must know the number of words in Guru. There are 2 two words in guru (GU, ru) which is originated from Sanskrit word, As gu means darkness and ru simplify  removing darkness.

According to Astrology, this special days is wholly dedicated to ved vyas whose full name is ved Vyasa .Ved vyass was the one who taught us to differentiate in good or bad. According to astrological belief, mahabharata was also spoken by ved vyas and Written by Lord Ganesha.

(Gurur Brahmaa Gurur Vishnu, Gurur Devo Maheshwarah, Guru Saakshaata Parabrahma, Tasmai Shri Guruve Na mah) This shloka totally contains three guru (Brahmas- Vishnu- Mahesh)

According to Buddhism religion, Guru purnima start celebrating when Buddha was administered.
